Tasty Tuesday {Fun Fondue}

Who doesn't love fresh cold fruit covered in warm, drippy, dark chocolate sweetened with coconut creme? This is one of my favorite chocolate fondue recipes. It's quick, easy, and a chocolate lover's dream! Even if you don't like coconut, the depth of flavor of the rich dark chocolate is the real star.

1 15 oz. can of Coco Lopez creme of coconut (not coconut milk)
1 12 oz bag of good bittersweet chocolate ( I like Ghiradelli 60% cocoa)
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
1/4 cup of whipping creme (can leave it out if you like the flavor of coconut and dark chocolate)

In a medium pot, heat creme of coconut on medium high heat. Add chocolate, turn down heat to medium. At 90% melted, add coconut extract and whipping creme.

You don't need a fondue pot, it stays warm off the stove for a while.

Dip anything! My favorites:
- Bananas
- Strawberries
- Pineapples
- Poundcake/ cheesecake
- Kiwi
- Orange slices
- Mango

If you have left over chocolate, wrap it up and put it in the fridge. Scoop out chocolate as needed and re-heat for 10 seconds at a time in the microwave. It's great on ice cream!
